Designed for Success: An Insight into the Impactful Leadership Program at NZ Panels
Positive People was fortunate to be asked by NZ Panels to deliver a Leadership Development course. Nicola Robertson, one of our experienced consultants, had discussions with their HR Manager and conducted an analysis of their needs. She designed a six-month course broken into one in-person session a month and one follow-up virtual call.

Positive People designed the sessions to be fun and interactive, including plenty of time to discuss current work and management issues. Having leaders from across the company created a space for cross-department collaboration, fostering a sense of unity and shared purpose.
