Growing at a pace, this initially small business called us in to help them about 5 years ago to assist them with their employment agreements. Over the years we have stood with them and helped them develop an appropriate remuneration system for the team, as well as providing modular leadership training for their middle management.
Having grown to a medium sized business, we now have a regular fortnightly presence at their offices. We are able to ensure that day-to-day HR operational matters are attended to, Performance Reviews are conducted to schedule, as well as assisting with employment relations matters that invariably arise in the workplace. We are their HR business partner.
