Our Employment Legislation Training provides Managers, Supervisors and Team Leaders with a practical understanding of the key employment laws and obligations they need to know. The focus is on making legislation relevant and giving leaders the confidence to apply it in real workplace situations.

We use real case law, workplace examples and practical scenarios to demonstrate how employment legislation applies to everyday situations. Participants are encouraged to discuss scenarios, consider different approaches and learn from the experiences of other leaders.
