This newly created role will provide essential support to our busy team at IGENZ, enabling them to focus on their key responsibilities. You will provide high-quality executive assistance and take ownership of some key tasks including office coordination, vendor relationships, staff onboarding, purchasing, team inbox management, coordinating the health and safety and quality programs.

Business Services Coordinator
Are you experienced within Business Support Services, including HR Coordination and Finance Administration? Isthmus. is a design company based in Tāmaki Makaurau’s CBD, with an approach that integrates landscape architecture, urban design and architecture. We are on the hunt for a ‘Business Services Coordinator’ to play a pivotal role in supporting the CEO, Business Services Team and wider Studio, by integrating executive support, people systems, finance administration and communications functions.
This role ensures smooth day-to-day operations, effective coordination of key people processes, consistent brand and communications activity, and robust financial administration – all aligned with Isthmus.’ Kaupapa and strategic direction.
