  • Unions & Collective Bargaining – leaders’ role in supporting fair and lawful engagement
  • Common Traps for Leaders – the mistakes that create unnecessary risk
  • The Employment Lifecycle – legislative touchpoints from recruitment to exit, including:

    2. 30/60/90 day check-ins
